Cat ^®EPP protects you from the risk of unplanned repair costs caused by occasional defects in Cat material or workmanship after the Caterpillar Limited Warranty expires. It’s easy to fit into your budget, too. There are levels of coverage to align with the way you use your equipment and your budget.

Some of the advantages of a Cat ^®EPP:

Inflation Protection – Lock in cost of parts and labor at today’s pricing
Better budgeting – Convert a variable cost (risk of unplanned repairs) into a budgeted item.
Reduced downtime – Repairs get done right by certified CAT dealer technicians using genuine Cat Parts.
Flexible Options – Choose coverage that fit your equipment use/need and budget.
Easy to fit your budget through lease or loan in one monthly payment.
Coverage transfers with the machine when you sell it in the same region the EPP was purchased.

For new Cat machines, the EPP Coverage types available are:

Powertrain coverage. It covers more than 50 components, including engine, transmission, drive train, steering, braking and electronic components. In essence coverage for certain components that produce, transmit or control engine horsepower.
