For new Cat machines, the EPP Coverage types available are:

Powertrain coverage. It covers more than 50 components, including engine, transmission, drive train, steering, braking and electronic components. In essence coverage for certain components that produce, transmit or control engine horsepower.
Powertrain + Hydraulics which provides coverage for the powertrain elements previously described, as well as certain components associated with steering and implement control.
Powertrain + Hydraulics + Technology provides coverage outlined in the two options above, plus protection for compact, grade, payload and Product Link™ technology. Examples of components covered include controls, displays, sensors and monitors.
Premier coverage is also available for new machines and has the same coverage as Powertrain + Hydraulics + Technology, while also covering certain electrical and structural components.

Coverage Terms available range from 3 to 60 months and from 250 to 10,000 hours ^*.
