Promotion Sponsor: The Email Offer Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Caterpillar Inc., 510 Lake Cook Road, Suite 100, Deerfield, IL 60015 (the "Sponsor" or "Caterpillar").
General Rules of Eligibility: Subject to these Official Terms and Conditions, a user of myParts.Cat.Com (the "Site") who provides the user's email address (an "Email Address") in the space provided therefore on the Site will receive(a) an email with a promo code (the "Code") that will entitle the user to $10 off the purchase of products in a single order with an aggregate total purchase price of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping costs) that is placed on the Site before 11:59 pm Central US Time November 30, 2019 (the "Offer Period"), and (b) from time to time, email promotional offers that will only be available to select users of the Site as such users and offers are determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (such offers being, the "Exclusive Offers"). A user will be eligible for the Code and the Exclusive Offers if at the time the user provides its Email Address as part of the Promotion the user has not previously consented to receive marketing communications from Caterpillar either through the consent process on the Site or through this Promotion. Only one Code per person/email address.
Use of Code and Exclusive Offers: Neither the Code nor the Exclusive Offers is transferable or redeemable for cash. If any portion of an order is cancelled and the resulting total purchase price is below the $50 minimum, then the order will no longer be eligible to use the Code. Purchaser shall not receive the discount provided through the Code (the "Discount") if the Code is not entered into the place provided therefore on the Site. The Discount is limited to products in stock at the time of the Order. The Code may not be used for orders placed outside the Offer Period or for any orders that are not otherwise permitted through the Site. The user shall be responsible for any and all federal, state or local taxes due as a result of the Discount. The Exclusive Offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Use of Email Addresses: The Email Address provided by a user shall be used in compliance with the Privacy Notice available on the Site.
General Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor shall not be responsible for
- typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof;
- inability to access the Site;
- theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, information submitted via the Site; or
- data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or transmission systems, or the Internet, or any service provider's facilities, or any phone site or Web site or for any other reason whatsoever. In the event of any conflict between these Official Terms and Conditions and any other terms applicable to the shipping of an order, these Official Terms and Conditions shall govern. By providing an email address in connection with this Promotion, the applicable user (i) acknowledges the user's compliance with these Official Terms and Conditions; (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the Promotion and these Official Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all respects; and (iii) agrees that the Sponsor has sole discretion to resolve any disputes as it sees fit. The Sponsor disclaims any and all liability for the termination, suspension or modification of the Promotion for any reason.
Termination: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Promotion, and/or the Official Terms and Conditions in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
